What it is
This figure is the weekly change in U.S. commercial crude-oil inventories excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. It is released weekly, usually Wednesday at 10:30 ET; the official schedule is https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/supply/weekly/schedule.php.
