News & products
- News trading: Restricted - Evaluation and Advanced Qualified accounts have no news restriction. Zero, Standard and Direct Qualified accounts prohibit executions from two minutes before through two minutes after relevant high-impact events; positions may be held.
- Products: CME futures available through AlphaTrader and supported third-party platforms.
- Alpha's terms page addresses trading conduct but the reviewed text did not confirm a restriction on copying website content.
- Standard and Advanced evaluations have no daily loss guard; their Qualified accounts differ.
Watch out for
- The max loss is a trailing drawdown measured at end of day (e.g., 2000 on the 50K Standard), so the limit moves with your equity rather than staying a fixed line.
- Standard and Advanced evaluations have no daily loss limit; only the Zero plans do (500 on 25K, 1000 on 50K, 2000 on 100K).
- Consistency rule: on Standard, no single day may exceed 50% of total profit in the evaluation and 40% in the Qualified account; Advanced is 40% in the evaluation and none in the Qualified account.
- First payout requires five winning days of at least $200 each, you can request up to four payouts per month, and a maximum of 50% of account profit may be requested.
